Wow! What a trip down memory lane! Wasn't that made by MR. Pulfer?

If you lived in MI and raced that 20 years ago I probably raced against you at JJ's.

Kurt who? The only Kurt I can think of is Kurt Demars. I think he has been racing a little offroad though.

I remember JJ's. I used to sell them matched batteries when I owned Leading Edge R/C racing products. Shame the place burnt down. Memory lane, for sure. Must have been 93?

Well to update things, one car is sold pending payment. I'll still sell the other for those that expressed interest and didn't pull the trigger.

I had the B version of the car, which featured a graphite plate front-end, mounted on ridiculously stiff springs. You could change the spring tension on the mounting screws to adjust caster, and overall ride-height as well.

Coolest cars ever.
I had that version too along with a beam axle like these. It's funny now to say that we raced those when we were kids isn't it Ian. How many of those did Mike and his dad have??? I need to dig up some old pictures from the dog barn or Brookeville...

Well then we certainly knew each other. I was working at jj's around that time. I'm trying to remember if you were Leading edge before or after Jim Piper? Those were the days!!

I have no idea who Jim Piper is. I was in the biz and selling to JJ's at the time it burnt down. Bob and Marylinn were the previous owners. I heard they moved to FL shortly after I took over and found out they owed a number of suppliers $$$.

I know for a fact Ian got one from Santa this year. He has a Fast Fashion Nissan body for it and he is seeking vintage wheels and tires.

Yeah, he mentioned something about having the worst Christmas ever.

If you happen to find a new or mint Bolink LTO SS, buy it immediately and send me the bill.
