Default Bearings

I'm rebuilding my carpet car getting ready for this winters racing and I need to replace my bearings. I have Acer Pollymide on another car and like them, just want opinions if anythings better?

for carpet you may want to try some steel shield bearings, a little less drag and dirt shouldn't be too much a problem

i have a set from www.bocabearings.com in the mail, great service, not cheap tho for the ceramics, but normal steel bearings will do pretty good compare to rc grade bearings

I also like the Boca's..........Iv'e probably had 6 or 7 bearing sets for the TC-3, and the Metal shielded ultra seals were the only ones that stayed just like new, even in the wheel bearings.........Most people don't realise that there are only a few good bearing companys out there.....and 90% of the companys that sell them for R/C stuff are just professional marketers and re-packagers......they get em for next to nothing, hype 'em up, and slap a $10 per bearing price tag on 'em
