Default RJ Speed 1/10 Sport 3.2 Pan Car Kit

Hey guys, whats up! New to the onroad seen, I seen this kit and for the money I "GUESS" it looks great For the price it includes tires and a body! I'm big in offroad and have no expierence with these pan cars? I'm interested in running nastruck/nascar (i think its 1/10 pan car not sure ) because they run it at the grove in Rockhill, SC and I'm moving there in 2 months....So would this be a great starting platform or no. also parts for this? Someone point me in the right direction?
