Default Electric Motor Info

Hi,

Im moving up to mod and stock from 540 motors so I now need to know what brushes do what comms are how to tell when to replace brushes and other bits, how a 13 x1 is different from a 13x2? Is there a site or evena book I can read that can answer my questions?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Mossie

If you dont know when to replace brushes then you should probably stick with stock for now.

Mossie,

Here is a link to Big Jim's RC Motor Blackbook. This book covers everything you need to know about r/c car motors.
