Missed you & junior at the regionals. I'm guessing junior will soon be spanking with a TC4 eh? A good mechanic (dad) and excellent driving ability are a big part of juniors success.

If it feels right ...... keep driving it.

Nah......A year is too long.....I normally have an opinion on the car after a couple of weeks!

Strange that the Xray is only coming out top now......the quality has been there since day 1.....the FK is simply a tweaked version of the older Xrays.....hardly anything radical.....just like the TC4 will hardly be anything radical over the TC3 (going by the current pics floating around)....

I went from a Yoke YR4M2-PRO to a TC3 to a XXX-SG+.....Glad I ended up with the Losi! I hated that slider rack on the TC3. Looks like they did right with changing it on the TC4. I wonder if they decided not to include the free torque steer this time. LOL

Default The pros don't have a problem with this so called ghost....

steer. My TC3 had tracked strait as an arrow even with a brushless. People talk of torque steer but I have yet to see/feel this affect.

Especially a magazine?
Sorry Futureal, but I have trouble putting faith into what comes out of most magazines. I have been burned too many times by what RCCA has had to say. I have not read your magazine, so I can't say anything good or bad about it. I hope it is much better than RCCA.

Unless you plan to race the Xray on carpet, in which case get out your wallet

I didn't for my FK. All I bought was a front diff and springs and it's ready to go.

Anyway, with Xray you are spending the money on a car that is well engineered. Yes it is an "old" design but Xray's engineers took that and improved greatly on it.
