Default Rollout formula

I'm familiar with rollout based on how much its discussed, and I know charts exist to show the rollout, but I wanted to make sure this formula (below) is right for calculating it:

tire diameter * 3.14 * (pinion / spur) = rollout

Is the above correct?

Thats it for a direct drive car like a 12th scale. For a sedan you need to divide by the pulley ratio or the diff ratio.

No it should be this

Tyre diameter * 3.14 / (spur/pinion)

For touring sedans it is

Tyre diameter * 3.14 / (spur/pinion*internal ratio of car)

OR

tire diameter * 3.14 * (pinion / spur) = rollout

In calculating it out, they both work. Just different routes of getting there.

Thanks again for all the help.
