Default battery matching

where can I get a battery matcher (i think thats what it's called) and a motor dyno? and for how much

Stormer hobbies has the (industry standard) competition electronics turbo matcher for around 700.00.......and (in my opinion) your best bet for a good dyno, would be to pick up a used competition electronics turbo dyno, since it's still reguarded as one of the best "true" dynos available, without having to spend over a thousand bucks......
