Yeah, took them long enough...
Am curious about the width of the car though. Their product page (which seems rather sloppily put together) doesn't specify.

On the pictures it is a 200mm foam car but in the description it says it can run rubber and foam, 'maybe meaning with some changed parts you can make it 180mm? In one place it says 2mm chassis in another 2.5mm so it seems they slightly copy and paste it from 12th scale description?

I think Yokomo and Serpent went with a more simple approach to the front end vs. Tamiya's TRF101. However, I would wait for more user reviews on both cars in terms of durability. It looks very fragile. Meant for professional or highly skilled drivers who don't crash or flip often.
The rear end looks surprisingly similar to the Tamiya 104V2, TRF101, and Exotek F1R.

There's only so many ways you can build a sidelink rear pod :P.
Not sure about fragile. I've found F1 cars in general to be very sturdy. With a link front I'd be worried about the rods bending or the rods stripping on impact. The carbon arms should be fine, have been using similar constructions on Corally F1 cars for 15-odd years. Not indestructable, but you really have to put an effort in to break it .

According to Serpent, they've been running it at the ETS series... which makes we wonder about the width. Also, ETS f1 is (was?) limited in which chassis you can run.
Edit: Serpent has updated their spec-sheet. It's 180mm on rubber. It also has an aluminium rear axle. Quite meh, to be honest.

I'm surprised they went with an aluminium rear axle. Carbon is pretty much the standard these days.
