com lat
 
i just bought a twister com lat. does any one know the right height for the diamond bit. the way that it was set up when i bought it had two gold washers and a thin plastic piece under the bit and when i try to cut the com it hacks up the com so if any one could help me that would be great thanks

Sounds like your bit is either too high or too low. You want the bit to contact the comm at it's center or just a touch higher. You space the bit higher or lower with shims. If you didnt recieve any just use thin sheets of metal. It normally takes a little while to get it right.
