Default best tools to do chiassie with....

got a new chaissie..... i've used #4 file before....

any other choices? like dremel or something?

You are talking about sealing the edges and filling the battery slots right? What kind of chassis is it?

it's for xray... ssg kit
i'm looking to do just the batt slots and may be bottom edges

A file is probably the best tool to use for that. Unless you are very skilled with a dremel. Its better to take your time with a slow file than hog it out with a dremel if your not very good with one. The best way is almost alwayse the way that leads to the best results. There is a good how to article on the CRC website but I cant find it .
