Questions?? Upgrade old car, what motor can it handle?

Ive got an old Kyosho Pure Ten Alpha 1 that i wanna get some sort of upgrade to, the main things i wanna have is LiPo and an ESC but my problem comes when i get to the motor, what motor can this car handle without any further upgrades? I wanna get just a little more punch and speed out of it without breaking stuff from the increased stress.

From what i know the stock motor is a brushed 20T.

So, what motor can it handle?
