Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too...but you never know

The cost of update parts will be nearly twice what I paid for the car!

True. 3,5mm thick driveshaft blades are a nice addition, though - espescially at the front if you use a spool.

Apart from that...

I have a lot of parts for the car and I've come to the conclusion that I'll just never use them. Sometimes I surprise myself almost wishing I could break one of those damn lower arms or something.

Old pictures of mine. Still using it on a regular basis. I've switched back to xray shocks since then, mainly because I just love the adjustable pistons.

The car lacks flex a lot. I've tried to gain some by cutting slots on the left side but the car is still stiff as a brick, even with a 2mm chassis and many screws removed. oh well.

Sure it does...raced one till about 12mths ago which had no trouble keeping up with the lastest models on good grip tracks..so sad I sold it now, can you here me Tony

Modifications to do are...

2mm lower deck
Hand made plastic top deck for low grip tracks
Schumacher Ceramic Bearings (the best)
Spring Steel hubs (cross drilled to lighten)
TRF shocks (spaced out 3mm at front, top & bottom/2mm on rear at top)
AE 31250 top shocks mounts
and a few others we won't mention
