you left out the modena didnt most of you guys use the modena in the previous TCS races? or is it currently out of production that you didnt include it among your choices?

some of the guys said the modena doesnt have enough front downforce since the curves of the modena just spill the air off the sides... but if see enough people say that the modena's the best, why not? i'll just get the modena
also, for the record, for the past 3 years, the champs are using either NSX or Skyline in the TCS worlds

Go with the Modena!!!!! lighter than the rest, sits lower on the chassis your using, less body roll / bending of the body post.
Good Luck in Hong Kong!!!!

Yeh, that's sort of what I think. I know the winner for TCS Australia last year was using the 2003 Raybrig NSX, but most other competitors (very tight battle) were using modena's. I still think that both of those will choose to be very competitive. I am just gonna run them both on the friday practice and see how they go.
BTW, what chassis will you be using?

Thats a bummer. At TCS Australia, they are going to have a shop have a stall onsite so we can buy bits on the spot. Also, last year it was held at a Hobby Store/Track so that was great too!
I still have to get two sets of Type A F201 tyres and probably another set of Type A and B Touring Car Tyres and rims!
Plus all the other spares and things like that, but.... its but once a year!

If I were to break these bodies down;
Ferrari Mondena - fast body, good front downforce, not as much rear downforce, which means you just have to adjust for that or be loose.
Nissan Skyline R34 - well balanced neutral body, downforce seems to be the same front and back.
2003 NSX - seems to have more downforce = more grip. If you have a very fast setup this is probably the best.
This year North American Nats, these 3 bodies seemed the most plentiful. For GT1 a NSX won it. Last year I think it was a Mondena. I usually race a Monena in GT1 but might switch to a NSX just for something a little different. I have at one time or another raced these 3 bodies as well as others.
I think these 3 are probably the best for GT1. If I had to pick 2 it would be the Ferrari and the NSX.
