I'm using a Hakko 936 with a 908 iron, their not that expensive and they work very well. And if your looking for one with a LCD display, Hakko makes some but their a bit expensive.

I'm not realy looking for one with a LED display, but if it's not that much more than the Weller, I'll get it...
