what was the subject of this thread again?

Maybe we should start a thread for the "predator" and those who hated it!

A few more weeks and we will find out for sure. We'll see who's right. If the shaft drive comes out and wins at the worlds before the FK kits are released from customs, then it is going to be interesting.

That would be an odd time to test a brand new car, wouldn't it? Kind of risky to suprise your entire team with a brand new vehicle that they have never seen, tested, or driven, and do so at the World's?

at the 02 worlds offroad, the team was testing prototypes of the XXX-4, this was not a production car and they still did very well, I doubt that the XRAY team manager will give the whole team the new car right before pre worlds, they wouyld never do that, if there is a new car, the team already have it or have had the oppurtunity to get it

That would suck if XRAY busted out a shaft car. I like the T1FK belt car. It hasn't even been out that long has it? I'm looking for a new touring car. I'd like to go either JRXS or TC4, because I'm afraid if I go buy a foreign mfg. it will be replaced every year!

I guess the real question is "Have YOU seen the shaft car Rick?" I only shaft car I know Xray has is the M18. That's probably what they saw. Unless you have proof? If you do, lets SEE it.

With all due respect to Ralph whom I am sure is doing everything he can to expedite the distribution of the parts, I find the comment about optional pieces that are availble to the public quite funny. Xray drivers have been running parts that I cant have for some time. Extra thick chassis was being run before it was available and then when it was released it was virtually impossible to get. Factory kit parts were on cars at the champs and snowbirds and they were not available. Now there is the hard arms....there are the hard arms that will be sold (lord knows when) and then there are the hard arms that wont be sold but will be used? As frustrating as this is, its still the best car out there and I guess I will wait for when they are really available.
