Spec R Diff

I have a TC5 with Spec R diff and wanted to know what fluids people are using. Im running on medium-large asphalt track any help would be great.

1000 or 2000 for the rear, 500 000 for the front.

What model is the Spec-R gear diff for?
Can you post some pics of it fitted.

Im using The Yokomo BD5 gear diff. I used three of the blue Associated washer I cant remember the part # off hand. The same front and rear.
