Default TC3 or TRF415

Alright guys, I need help deciding what to do here... I've got a tc3, its modified with aluminum and titanium (shocks, turnbuckles, shaft, cvds ect) and i've spent atleast 900+ on this car including electronics and so on. I was thinking about purchasing some more parts to make the car decked out but then, theres a lot of new cars and why would I want to upgrade this car? I was thinking about getting the BMI TC3 chassis, Acerracing Bearings/Diff balls, and getting new parts for the car and rebuilding it. Or I could just get the Tamiya TRF415. So guys please help me out here, I dont know what to do! Options are 1. Upgrade TC3, or 2. Start of with a new plate. Msg me on aim at vi3tishduy Just msg me and tell me what you think i should do.. thanks!

Depends if you want shaft or belt.

If you prefer shaft then stay with the TC3 or get a TC4.

If you want belt the 415 is as good as any.

The choice has got to be yours.

I'd suggest you hold your decision till you've seen the new Losi car.

I would also wait for the new losi. I am still going to get the tc4. I have too much money into the drive train on my tc3 that can be transfered.

Default Well..

I am for sure not getting tc4, its the same thing! I called jason owner of BMI he said that his chassis is like the same of the TC4 only difference is the parts. All it is is the battery moves closer to shaft ect... But, i'm willing to try out belt to see the difference, I guess the biggest set back for me was to either keep upgrading the tc3 or just get a new car.. If you guys have any more comments please reply!!!!

Default Ugh..

NO offense or anything, but i dont think losi could make that kind of car. Kenshin didnt say it was exactly the Losi model. Bah, i'm going for performance more than looks.. Idk, either TRF415 or the TC3....

You don't think they can make this?...spending $900 on a TC3... I think Losi did their homework. Why make a shaftie that looks like every other car? The Tamiya is a nice ride, but factor in $$ for their upgraded suspension and the fact that they have a new shaft out. Tells you they don't know what's better. I give Losi credit for being different. I was thinkin' bout getting that TC4 cuz i did own a TC3 a very, very, very long time ago. I'm glad I didn't pre-order one after seeing the JRXS. I don't even care if it includes free torque steer and can carry two fans. LOL
