Mistakingly made a post in the Type R thread regarding this, but someone was kind enough to answer my question anyway. Now to follow on. I'm just finding out about the bearing option for the out drives. Does anybody know what part #'s are rquired to fit this option?

Ed: Never mind I found them, but thanks anyway.

Don't need any hop-ups. Car is good the way it is out of the box.

And there is no conversion from the old model to the new.

Noticed your from the astoria area. Stop by Big Apple Hobbies for parts and Race info: (718) 961-9611 and my buddies out at NYC Hobbies: (718) 366-6262. Both stores great on parts and service.

I still run that car and it's still awesome!!

Happy Racing!

Yea the fornt usually feels softer....sway bars would be a good idea since the car will want to roll alot more without using the newer style arm, try maybe a .04 all around.
no racing this weekend so i did not test the setup. i don't have calipers, which one is the .04, eg. 3rd largest? 4th largest?

better yet can someone take pics amd size them or is there a post with the pics and sizes already?

The plastic mounts have the size of each slot labeled on them...so you can use the mounts to tell which bar is which size.

i guess im installin the wrong since i only flip the mounts when the bar is too large. what is the correct way for sway bar installation? should the bar be loose before u attach it to the arm?

The bar should fit into the proper plastic mount in such fashion that it dosnt have play in/out or up/down, but can slide a little and pivot freely.

The driveline will be fine.

As for parts the nomal stuff liek arms and hubs, diff outdrive is a good idea, also get one of the parma/p-dub hard front bumpers.

If you will be running rubber outside go spool, inside go one-way.
