Yes but only to those who are driving their JRXSs to its max now. I'm talking about those last .2-.4 tenths per lap. From what I have seen with the new car, it has more rear traction without giving up any front traction. I'm no Hodge, Dumas, or Gray, but I do know after watching Mike go from last to second in mod at the IIC that this car will make me faster than I can go with my JRXS now. Just MHO here but the car carries so much more corner speed that you can see the difference on the track. The current car will and does work great for the majority of us club racers now. Plus, for me after two full outdoor seasons and one indoor with the same chassis, I need a new ride!

i'll likely upgrade because of all the aluminum goodies and simplified a-arms. those are basically my gripes on the mid motor car... maintenance looks about 300% easier with the new parts.

and like pooky, my car is 2 seasons old. it looks like the parts i have billions of spares for will still work... castor blocks and steering knuckles.

A good used chassis with few spares should run between $150 and $225.
A good used chassis with mega spares should go for $200 to $300.

Good Luck on your search my man!

I think you guys are on the wrong track there.

You should be advocating more XRays and RDX's. The easier to beat them with the Losi machine

I gotta agree with ya Doc. But, as I'm sure your aware of the sea of X-Ray and smattering of RDX's around. I do believe brother Capleracer's motion was meant more as a mission statement or a battle cry. Non the less the floor is open for more discussion or proposed motions if you would like to add anything. LOL

And if I did and let you slide on the "offering" plate, would you give a brother a discount on some painted Lidz?

The church of the Losi is not just a car most of us drive on a whim, but more of a way of R/C life! Just as a real church, many come into it and stay a life time and some come and go. Most will always feel that "Losi" in them even when not at the track! LOL Oh sure!....Some have their "wild" years and try other brands, but they always feel that tuggin at their hearts to come home to the Losi. Later on most seem to mature and realize their mistakes, put down the metric wrenches, and return to us!

Its only deep enough that a Wet-n-Dry vac may be in order! Its not time for a boat paddle yet!!

I have no car to race at the moment! My JRXS is stripped and will be delivered to my young novice class winner at our awards banquet this Tuesday night. No worries though Mike. This gives me time to clean out the old R/C closet and get ready for the Type-R!!

'07 will be Off the Chain with the new car!!! I can't wait!!

Plus, I have 3 of the Micro T's ordered for me and my two kids so we can have a blast in the house or garage this winter! I'm going to make a sheet of plywood into an offroad track for the micro trucks with jumps and stuff!! This will beat the Hell out of any train set baby!!! YeeeeeHaaaaa!
