Looking for some advice ...

I'm fairly new to RC - still on my first year of indoor carpet racing and driving the Jrx-S. I've been running the stock center one-way and front diff and have been thinking of making some drive changes. Would anyone recomend making the move to the front one-way?

I run 6-cell stock and our track I would guess is medium traction with moderatley tight layup.

Thanks.

Gupy- Sorry i can't answer your question but im sure some else will be more then happy.

I have a quick question also. Are the front and rear arms interchangable? If so what difference do they make if any?

Cheers

GUPY do you run on foam or rubber tires? if foam i would go to the spool center and diff front for rubber i would probally go back a few pages and find mike haynes set up form vegas..

He is working hardly...lol

For anything tight i would not think the center one way is best...center spool and maybe a front 1 way for rubber, otherwise a diff is the way to go.

Sorry ... forgot to mention that part - stock rubber on carpet.

BTW, if I go center spool and front one way, what parts # do I need to get? The car comes with the spool, right? So is there just one part number to convert the front end?

Thanks.

You will want this:

The spool center drive is included.

This is the setup i used for 19turn rubber, it would work well in stock:

Cheers, Malc.

I definately didn't get my car hooked up at Ipswich though, I struggled to be honest. Went back there last sunday on the same layout, made a few tweaks and set a new track record!!!!

I've sold the RDX I won, now I have some money to buy the Type-R, cant wait for that now!!

Looks like Losi have dropped the FE car like a bag of dog poo - only the blank setup sheet left on the TL website Coulda at least shipped the new model before ignoring the old one.

These are still there, but are more dated setups. If you need a setup for anything in particular try the jrxs.com setup section or ask for it here.

You have to get the brackets form one of the guys who make them. Or the losi arms with an "A" at the end of the numbe rhave it molded in.
