not my sister, my wife's sister. I've heard grumblings that they're "civilianizing" my shop here at Offutt AFB so I'm gonna try and get back out to the west coast. That way I can be near most of the big races. Nebraska's nice but they like playing in the dirt in the summer I like offroad, don't get me wrong, but I love TC racing.

so i broke a front and a rear ea3 arm today... the front was the result of clipping a board in a very high speed corner, i doubt anything could survive that hit.

the rear arm was the result of a friends brand new 415-msx-mre-etc... getting into me during practice and doing the wierdest thing possible. so a rear ball cup got popped off, the cvd became dislodged and the outdrive pin actually slotted into one of the camber link holes on the shocktower. instant rear end lockup, so bad the arm cracked from the twisting.

Damm Javier. Surprised to hear you broke an EA3 arm. Todd might be interested in seeing where it broke.

the front broke where the graphites usually breakin a hard sharing hit. right between the 2 shock mounting positions.

the rear was a freak accident that i don't think is possible to ever repeat.

That takes some talent to break an EA3 arm man!

Something always has to give in a crash, better to have an arm that brakes rather than a bulletproof suspension that makes chassis' break. Anyone remember the Trinity front bulkhead for the XX buggies and trucks? You'd see at least 1 or 2 people come off with a broken chassis each raceday, but that bulkhead never broke
