Does anyone know if Losi will produce the drive shaft version they were talking about a year ago?

On my car i took the bars for the wire leads and angled them in towards each other. I also turned them to stick outside or point to the outside of the car so I could solder the leads easier. I have seen several guys do this same thing but have the flat part angle to the inside of the pack and then solder the orion style tube to use the Corraly/Orion/ who evers tube style battery connectors. Truth be told I would use the tubes but I am too lazy to convert my stuff! LOL I hope this helps you out. Ask if you have any more questions.

So can you use corally plugs that are soldered onto the battery or do you have to get another battery bar and bend it over and solder the plug onto that? Did you have to re-solder your packs to get them to fit?

Also does the XXX-S spur gear adaptor work with the JRX-S?

Thanks

I don't know what you mean about resoldering the packs to fit but you will have a hard time making them fit if you double shrink wrapped your cells and shoe gooed between the cells. This only applies to the 38's or larger cells. Best way for Corally plugs is to bend a bar and solder the barrel on it and have it lay close between the cells. That is how I have mine done.

Thanks for that. Does anybody know if the spur gear adaptor from the XXX-S will fit on the JRX-S?

No, PRS makes one if you'd like to use aftermarket spur gears on the JRXS.

The 2 o-rings over the white bladder will have quicker rebound than the black bladders.

With the JRX-S can you fit a 118t spur gear and a 51t pinion gear all in 64pitch on the car without it rubing on the chassis or is it to big?

Sorry about all the questions but i just want to know some things before i buy a JRX-S.

Thankyou

I run a 108/51 on my JRX-S for the oval. So yes you can run a 118/51. Here are a few links to the adapter and spur for the JRX-S:

Pro-lite 64 Pitch TC Spurs
64 Pitch Pinions

The stock spur in the kit is 128t so you will have no issues with rubbing or anything.
