whoever told you that was grossly mistaken seriously though, I've been playing with setups and such since I got the car at the end of 2005 and I have it working pretty good in mod right now. I tried starting with some of the stock motor setups that were out there and they didn't really work for me, as could be expected when I'm running 19T or mod. I'll post my mod setup as soon as I can, hopefully tomorrow.

That ought to confuse everyone. Rear tires followed by front tires; and then, front tires followed by rear tires. Anonymous get some sleep...

Bill- I plan to be at Stockton this weekend to practice, so let me know if I can help you with your car...I would recommend starting with this set up, as this is where I started at the NWCC in December.

did you guys miss this one, coz there seemed to be no comments me thinks

Yes please anon! as long as its for carpet, 19turn and simular rubber to v-tc 24's as we are strugling with coming out of a corner to plant the car down
It seems to me over here in the UK we do not use foams that often and struggle with the car on carpet with rubber tires, some of us drivers are so far apart from each other with set up , and yet have simular times, 5 guy's in all at one meet last wwekend. It seems the harder we go with springs and oil that it seems to work better, personally I run 80 wieght oil front and 50 rear, 20lb springs rear and 25 front, yet I know of people that use 2,000 GS silicon diff lube in the front and 1,000 in the rear but you guy's in the US that run foams seem to go with really soft springs and oils a couple of guy's tried the new arms but could not get on with them at all and reverted back to the old arms, we just need that little more cornering speed and to plant the car square out of the corner to carry the speed onto the straight. Hope this all makes sense I should be in bed
Cheers TCCFM

Yes, I like both the camber mod and the new arms and am using them. I've deviated a bit from the setup I posted a couple weeks ago to get more steering into the car for mod, I'll try and post it later today.

The only experience I have with the car so far is with foam tires, try and get ahold of Todd Hodge, he should be able to help you.

Hge glitch problem with the JRXS. I just got the car two weeks ago, I got the car from someone who already had it built and setup. THe car glitches so bad that I can not even make it a lap. It seems that the SERVO is causing the motor to do all kinds of stupid stuff. Sometimes when I am turning the wheel The motor JERKS hard and then cuts out. I have done the following to try and figure this out. Motor is a EPIC 27 turn. It has the chip on the back of the motor to reduce noise but still nothing. I have changed servos, recivers, radio and the motor twice and its still undrivable. If anyone could offer any ideas that I could try, because this car is about to get a flight out the freakin WINDOW!!!

THanks

CHris
