I know it has been done a lot, check on the JRXS.com website and you should be able to see. You need 0 degree caster blocks, some JRXS or XXXS front arms, the caster block hardware, and the outer hingepin to make it work.

in case some people have TC3 front A-arms and 0 degree caster blocks laying in their pitboxes...those work also with no problems. (im sure most a-arms with their respective caster blocks will work that use 4-40 thread)

oh in that case been there done that... didn't like the feeling of the car. it had tons of steering to a point where the car became a point and shoot. i had a difficult time running a consistent line with that setup. i will try BK's setup @ socal and see how that works.

Can someone please explain the performance benefits of this mod and where it is best suited?

I have only run this Jr Mod on asphalt and it totally increased front grip but not too much as to over power the rear. I did have to increase rear traction but once I did the car easily turned into, rolled through, and exited the turns(tight and sweeping) better than any set-up I have had on the car all year. I hope this helps answer your question. Also, several people use this on asphalt and carpet. Try it and see what you think.
