i NEVER use brakes so that isnt an alternative for me ....i used to run mod.foam with an 8x1 and didnt use brakes even then

R/C anonymous, if you don't use brakes then you must keep alot of tires on hand and have a tuff time being within a second a lap of the fast guys? LOL

I second that. Though it seems my driving style has a sort of braking effect on cars......
