If you use the new battery holder for 3800 packs or so that is out will 3300 packs that are shoe gooed together fit or will they still not fit correctly. All my packs are single cell shrinked and shoe gooed together. I don't want to take every pack I own apart to make them fit so better to check now than later.

My shrink-wrapped and shoe-goo'd 3300's fit in the new tray perfectly. My non-shrinkwrapped/shoe-goo'd 3800's have just a little bit tighter of a fit.

I dissasembled the whole car today. Every thing looked good! I studied the shock towers a while and I think I can use a rear shock tower on the front with out any problems. This will lengthen the front upper link about .050 and should help with the camber gain.

You shouldn't have a problem. I use my plastic tray that was dremeled for everything basically, only when a pack that was droped or whatnot dosn't want to fit i throw on the metal tray.

If you goo you cells the metal is the way to go, its a few mm longer for the cells.

Old man, are you planning to drill new holes for the shocks (laid in like the normal front)? I was thinking of trying the rear tower, but havn't gotten around to it yet.

It looks like the inner hole on the rear is close to the #2 hole on the front. I may drill the #3 hole.

I'm highly convinced to getting this car, what hop-ups would you need to buy for the car right off the bat?

Hi guys, just about to get one (finally decided), quick question:

The Sway Bar Kit (A4252) - I understand it comes with 4 bars included, but how many fixings, ie is there enough in that pack to run a sway bar both front & rear?

Thanks in advance for any help

Oli

The kit includes 4 bars, for example .040 .050 .060 and .070. It also includes 2 mounts that have 2 slots. One has a .040 slot and .060. And the other has a .050 and .070 slot. So its a good idea to get 2 packs...

Vi3tishduy- Im not too familar with asphalt, i would consulte someone that runs asphalt, IM a carpet guy...

Thanks for the help Buddy ^_^.. Everyone was telling me "Buy the car that your LHS has parts for support for" I highly opposed it. One of my reasons was, I wanted to be different and unique at the Race Track, having the same car as everybody else didnt seem that cool, there was no diversitiy. Also, I had owned a TC3. I wanted to try an asian manufactured car. So it goes... Any help would be appreciated guys, i'll look through the threads to find some good info.
