Darksied,
you're right, it was 1365g, I'm at work right now and I didn't recall correctly.

that was with 3300's, and some titanium screws from my xxxs, airtronics rcvr. and q2 esc.

Default shock dots

I chose to do my shocks with 2 dots front 1 dot rear.

How bad would it be to have 60/40 and put the springs on the wrong from front to back.

I would rather mix up my rt and left which i already do all the time when driving

anyone else agree?

The shock springs are labeled, to show which shocks go up front and which one rear, if all 4 come off together at any time. This is of course if the labels have been installed, which I have done, since the springs are ALL black now.

The one dot shocks on one side and the two dots on the other means each shock will have a set location, which will keep your car in tweak, once it's set, if they are removed in pairs at all. This will save a ton of time during maintenance, not having to retweak, or at least only a quick check will do, without the need for resetting ride hieght, tweak, etc.

Chassis tweak is number one in on road racing, if your not doing it, your not getting anywhere near full potential from your car.........Jim

You should retweak it all the time (& set droop) anyway with foams since they all wear & wear different every run.

This is good to know. Explains why Hodge uses the dots on his left<->right shocks as well.

Default BK Bones

I got my rear CVDs converted to BK Bones. Do the same bearings fit on the LCDs? The pins in the LCDs look to be a little bigger.

Thanks,

Thanks,
Tell me about it they were a pain in the arse to get them on the LCD's...the rear ones fit no problem. It took some hot and cold work to get them to fit on the LCD's.

Default Are the LVds really any different?

I checked them out, I have not built them, so I'm not sure. It seems that they do not hinge in two locations. Is this true? Or, are they solid like an MIP ones? Thanks

Uhhhhh...mine were already built in the kit. Maybe you are looking at the rar CVD's? The LVD's positively do hinge in 2 locations.

Thanks Jim. I understand what you mean.

Come to think of it, I do change only front or rear at a certain time. Glad someone else is thinking for me.

Oh well one more thing to do before I run the car.
