Like I said, I'm not trying to annoy anybody, but I just don't get why people are acting like missing two release dates and STILL not giving us a new solid one is somehow okay.

Its not! And I'm not the "suffer in silence" type.

People took a leap of faith and pre-ordered their car, sold their old car, and waited.....and waited........and waited.

Now those people are left without a car with their season coming up. And may have to look at going through the trouble of canceling fully paid pre-orders just so they can have a frickin' car to race. And you want to tell people they're somehow wrong for being upset? Sorry but I aint hearin' that.

Sorry if the truth annoys anyone, but.....

Default Anyway.....

Does anybody know if Losi will dimple the new Skoda2 for the new car and/or mold the front and rear wheel wells right at the correct spot.(A lot of companies no longer mold lines for the rear wheels) And what about the antenna, it would be a huge help to have that spot dimpled, as it will likely be coming up through that rear side window. Definitely seems difficult to spot just right for making the access hole.

For me, I like to have a really good backup car just in case. So I'm not going to worry about the release date. I'm not foolish enough to sell my car if it is the only one I race with, hoping that I can get another car in time. They make great backup/modifiable cars. I did that to my YZ10, and it actually became better. Simply because if a mod didn't work, it wasn't a worry. It gave me the freedom to try anything. Who else knows of a person that has a YZ10 with upper links mounted ON the bulkheads, not on the tower, complete with an adjustable wheelbase?

I would think that the body would be dimpled. The XXX-S' one was. I doubt Losi would deviate from that.

Well technicaly, I still have my KX-1, but that car is older than a couple of my kids!

A lot of people have sold their cars though. And I don't think its foolish at all to put your faith in a company that, before this car, had a great rep for getting kits out quickly.

I mean why is that foolish to expect that a car scheduled for Jan. should at least be out by March???

Basically, thats saying its foolish to trust what the company is telling you...

New product releases are not allways on time, not only in the RC market but in a lot of things in this world. It is unwise to count on a new car coming out on sched. If you sold your car and you need to have somthing to race then buy something that is available. Bitching on here is not doing any good the only way you can effect a company is in the pocket book, if you are unhappy with Losi then don't buy there products. It is that simple!

Well my pre-order is with a local shop. But I'll keep your offer in mind as the season draws closer!

I just want one of the first, even though I dont really need it because the XXXS is dialed, I'm still excited about it. I doubt I'll have a problem getting one the day after they are released though...

So whats your point? I don't have the right to voice my opinion? Last time I checked i do...

I want the car just like everyone else, but sitting here saying, "oh take as long as you want guys" seems just as silly as complaining.

So if I'm going to pick one, I choose to complain..."It is that simple" as you say...

If I don't bother anybody in particular about saying this insanely long delay is fine, then why should you bother me for saying its not. Hmmmmmm

Well, I guess you can take a dump in one hand and wish for the car to show up in the other hand and see which one fills up first.

Huh, you think so? I would think that with all the Losi loyalist out there, most of the first batch would be spoken for.

Or maybe its not as in demand as I think it is...
