Better be tomorrow. They are leaving for Copenhagen on Thursday. Just leaves them Wednesday for packing.

Copenhagen carpet race will have spec 12-turn motors on rubber tires (with spec inserts and wheels)...Different!

The motors aren't spec motors, they just have a 12 turn limit in Europe. The tires/inserts/wheels are spec however. Should be a good showing seeing as how testing went well.

Yeah, I heard Matt was running the rubber tire setup against the foam cars this weekend and he was still out front.

Do you know if we will be able to get any race coverage from some website...in English?

Rczone.net should have some coverage. They do that race every year. They have pics of the track layout already.

Yeah, he would still have been able to finish in second in mod foam if he were to run his rubber tire car. I think he was about a half second per lap off of foam times.

He was fast but he was running his foam car in mod not his rubber car. Besides.....that's Matt Francis

Yes it can. In fact, most of this talk about the new universals(shafts) you've seen here, is about Losi's new units that they designed to eliminate the 'chatter' that comes alone with running a spool.
