Default Servo saver help

I have a exceed madspeed bought it for racing not drifting.I was looking at the Tamiya servo saver high torg. Black.Will it fit my car i know alot of servo savers fit but want to make shure the hight of the hole is the same for the tie rod.Pic of the stock one

i think something like a Kimborough short would work best

What are the number of splines for the different make of servo's?

On my stock servo i don't know but i will be buying a different servo cause this one is not that fast.I was thinking of buying a Savox low ptofile one.
