Ok, I tried some of these new tires this past saturday... and I am quite disappointed... 1 run and one of my wheels cracked! Didn't hit anything and the wheel cracked from the inside edge out...

Has anyone else had this problem? I have another set on order, but I am not sure I want to use them if this keeps happening...

hmmm...

I had some issues with my TC this week and seemed to hit everything on the track and no tire/wheel issues....

Sorry to hear that Clint. I was playing with some setup stuff this weekend and got the car way off. I hit a few things and really should have chunked a couple of tires but they look fantastic still. If I had been running Jaco tires I would have left more rubber on the track than what would have been on the wheels.

Low tire wear and great steering response! The wheel is also larger which allowed me to add some washers under my rear hub ball stud to allow faster rotation which was extremely helpful.

Thanks Parma/Chicky!!!!

The tire didn't chunk, the wheel cracked and split the foam..

I will take a pic when I get home to show what I mean.. They do have amazing grip compared to the jaco or trc versions...

Clint-I have been running one set for two races-the Halloween Classic and then the club race yesterday. probably 9-races and heats and a few practices packs per day-so 15 or more runs-and they started at 2.34 or so and are still 2.23"

So-I have not had that problem. By all means e-mail [email protected]

I just wanted to let everyone know that Parma has very good customer service..

I emailed them this morning (after a couple of people suggested it) and I got a quick response from them.. They are going to replace the wheel that broke after 1 run..

I will def be using their products more after how they are handling this.

just an FYI

That's great news. Props to Parma. I'm now more exited to place my order for these tires. Out with TRC, in with Parma!
