Also had a good test this weekend at our carpet trrack with the 0561 and 0565 combo of soft soft.... even when front tires come up to temp they really worked well with a good balanced car ... We tried medium front/soft rear and it took quite a few laps to build front tire temp but would be great on a track with super high grip like at a big event..

until you are running on an extreamly high grip carpet track I think soft soft is a good soulution.

How tight is your differential? Have you loosened it up to the point of slipping a little to see how that affects your rear traction?

If it's spining out, loosen your diff until it starts slip and tighten a little bit.

Or try Soft rear tires, PS-0545 or PS-0549

Thanks.

Question.. How big a hole should be made for the vents?

What does it do actually?

I drill a very small, 2mm tops (im guessing) it let's air escape out of the tires.

PS-0542 for the rears. 'HARD' is not the correct description because they are pretty soft. I think Pit meant 'HOT' because they are excellent on asphalt and use the stock insert too. They are working just like the Shimizu 72 'hard' for the F104 which means A+.

Clean tires and sauce the rears.

Does it help cool the tires say I run a very soft tire on a hot day?

I am experiencing no grip on soft tires and yet the harder tires are performing well... I am thinking maybe due to the heat generated.

They do but not the one we need. So far they only sell the full f104 foam- not the thins.

So they only 1 type.. Not like touring cars where they have like soft, mediums etc...

What are the part numbers or where to get them?
