Lee- The track was pretty wide open... pretty much and entire oval with a dogleg and a chicaine ... not exactly challenging...but I suppose it made for some good racing. I just had issues keeping my car together... I had a couple guys in my heats that seemed determined to break my car every run... but it was great to get to run on carpet and figure out the new car a little bit... I am anxious to run it on the rug again...hopefully at the nats...and hopefully before that as well!

Also had a great time ironmanning it...staying up for days on end and getting minimal sleep!

Thanks for reminding me of that Spidey!

Chamberlain- I have no idea... if it got lost it never got here and could not tell you if it got here... know what I mean? ...besides, I am not the one who handles the sponsorship requests and whatnot. ..that's charlie!

Losi XXXS - Normal setup of the GTX is without drag brake... are you sure that your drive train is free and your motor isn't setup for excessive drag brake? You will see if drag brake is on at neutral if the blue, amber, and red LED's are all lit. If just the RED LED is lit you should be ok... be careful that you do not have your throttle trim set backwards... this might mean that you have partial brake set as your neutral point...

Smyka- Yeah, thanks man I think I bit off more than I could chew for one weekend of racing... new car, new tires, new motor... and nowhere near enough practice with it all...oh well at least now I have a good starting setup

My FDR was 10.18 w/ 56.5 mm tires

Hey Steve-I still have two Cyclones cycling between all the cars I am always screwing around with.

For stock touring I have the settings like this:

Drive Freq 5.67
Min drive 9%
Deadband 4%

A small Novakcap on them and a schottky. To get the maximum rip and top speed out of these oldies but goodies-any other tips or settings you can recommend?

Also-would going to the lowest freq. burn up comms?

Thanks,
Ray
