Neil, I used my N-Power last year in Japan. At the track, we were fortunate: they provided outlets for us to just plug our junk into. While charging, I noticed the input voltage was a bit lower but it really doesn't matter if your nuking your stuff at 8-10Amps anyways. If I were you, I would bring one converter and a powerstrip just in case. Atleast you can use it in your hotel room.

Is there a one way diff for the TC3? If so when would I use it? What advantage would it provide over a standard diff?

At the Cactus Classic race I checked the voltage with a good voltmeter. How about 96 volts........Lots of voltage drop. Charger (Tekin at the time) still worked, but the first place I noticed a problem was with my soldering iron. Right on the edge of not being able to solder.....

Red Z, yes there is. There is also a front spool available.

Someone needs to take Steve out to the Library off El Toro this weekend. He needs to...study hard...yeah, that's it, lol
