Steve,

I didn't change the wires I just got the colors wrong. I guess what I'm trying to ask is if you can say solder A and B to one side of the motors Negative tab and solder C to the other side of the motors Negative tab. Or, do all 3 (A,B,C) need to be soldered to the same negative tab? Just trying to make the soldering of all 3 wires a little easier! There's not alot of room on one tab for all three wires.

Thanks....Greg

Greg--it might be easier to solder all three wires to one wire then solder that to the tab. Add shrink and PRESTO!

Does the motor HAVE to be disconnected when changing between brushless / brushed programs on the GTB?? Didn't read that bit when I changed my motor over, had to desolder, program then resolder again

Capelracer: It is done just as a precaution in case the setup is not done properly.

Donny: I'm liking it alot! I still have some stuff I want to figure out on it...but by and large I am very happy with it

PW: Sure thing! "HEY SCHUMACHER, HURRY UP WITH THOSE MI3'S! AND SEND ME MY TIRES DAMNIT!"

Steve, I have the Brushless system and want to put it in to my B4, however it wont fit due to cooling system, does novak offer a smaller solution to accommodate low profile bodies?

thanks
Tom

Hey Tom,

There are a few things you can do to get it to run ok under your low profile B4 body.

The recommended method is to remove the fan from teh top of the ESC and mount it sideways next to the ESC so that it is still blowing air across the ESC.

Some people cut openings above the ESC to allow the fan to stick through the top but I'm not sure you like the idea of cutting up your body.
