Yeah, poor thing would probably get done quicker without the audience. Stage fright and all. It can get shy on ya.

Guo Chan-- Definately recommend getting a GTB... if you run 2.4 GHz I recommend the Spread Spectrum Version to take advantage of everything.

The next thing to consider is what motor you will need... honestly most of our team drivers use either the 6.5R or the 5.5R in their 4WD cars... the 5.5 is closer to a 9 turn...6.5 is like a 10

Thanks Adrian!

I always disliked Easter as a kid...

My little sister and I would do the Easter Egg Hunt thing.... but I would always end up finding BY FAR the majority of the eggs... and I always wound up having to split the eggs up with her...

I guess I'm just special Wally!

Seriously though... I think it's because there's a good mix of knowledge, humor, and hospitality here that keeps it entertaining and inviting!

King Gra'akanar:

Will it cause any damage if you plug the 4-cell PT voltage booster into a digital servo?

Hey McSmooth,

Unfortunately the Transponder voltage booster isn't robust enough to power a servo ... it's really only good enough to power a personal transponder ...which doesn't really take that much current.

A good servo usually pulls about six times the current a personal transponder does and the transponder voltage booster just wasn't designed for that.

I know this might have been asked before but I couldn't find anything doing a quick search...

If the new Novak 4.5R Brushless systems come with sintered rotors how do we know or can we tell if we are getting a new version? For example if I order from Tower how can I have them verify I am being shipped a new 'sintered' 4.5R system?

Thanks.
