Hi Steve,

A question about the GTB trans-cap, in the hook up instructions it says 'Longer wires on the power trans-cap module will decrease performance' How does having the longer wires effect performance and how? I want to add about an inch to the length of the wires to put the cap in a more appropriate position, but, there's that warning. Can I get away with it or NOT ?

Thanks,
Daniel

Daniel,

The resistance of longer wires decreases the effectiveness of the capacitor at handling the ripple current that occurs under operation of the ESC.

If you want to add an inch of lenth to the transcap harness I would say you would need to rewire the transcap with 14 AWG wire instead of the 16 AWG that comes on it and you should probably be ok.

Why is it that your dog can look all tough and cool 99% of the time but when they hunch up to pinch one off they look completely ridiculous?

Because they know they're taking a crap where they shouldn't be... if we were to allow them use of a newspaper and the toilet they'd be hard to differentiate than uncle Al taking care of business on the throne

I would suggest not watching the poor thing bake a loaf. A little privacy might be just the thing that little puppy needs.
