I've heard that a Parsec is not a measurement of time, but of distance. If that is the case, why did Han reply to Luke's question of the ship being fast with a response to how short it made the Kessel run versus how fast?

there seems to be a lot of hostility in this forum lately...

hey steve, so who do i email to demand your presence for the reedy race asia in december? I mean, if there is an exhibition brushless race with factory drivers, you ought to be there.

by the way, bangkok is lovely at that time of the year (in the high 80's)

Is it right that the Star Wars DVD is the updated version and not the original?

DavidAlford: Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your preference), the DVD's contain the "doctored" special editions from when they re-released 4, 5, and 6 in the theaters. It also seems like they've been "smoothed" over a bit too when they were transferred to digital.

Okay, lets put this Who Hates the Steve to rest. Rais your hand if you hate steve!!

Jeff, I'm actually going to the RROC Thailand. My Dad is from there so I've visited and have been looking forward to racing there sometime. So I put in for some time off to try to make it a vacation. Due to the Brushless Race, Novak is helping out and I'll be Novak Rep as well. Should be fun. Come say hi, If you're running the brushless class and need to borrow a system, let me know. Send me an Email, I can bring you an extra one.

Also, in case anyone forgot, I love the Internet.
