hey steve thank again for all your help when i was in California, im of to Switzerland for the GP, then i come back right after but not sure if im bringing the gear this time, but Dont forget to reming me about LUnch!!!!

I think I can help... so I'll steal Steve's glory for a minute
I've had that happen before, generally its from a bad contact between the clips on the tray and the battery bar on the cell. Spray motor spray on a rag and clean the inside of all the clips, they get a build up and can prevent a good connection. Also make sure the battery bar is clean and not covered in junk. Also check that the tray's clips are bent in enough to provide enough pressure on the battery.

Weylin's recommendations are spot on... if you still are having trouble with your smart tray not discharging those two end cells, contact our customer service department at either [email protected] or 949.833.8873 and they will help you with everything you need to send it in to us for evaluation!

You can use WD40 I'm sure, just wipe off the excess WD40 with a dry spot on the rag after you clean them.

I don't know where you heard that tidbit of information but I in fact quite like cheese a lot
