Default A race for Japan

I am thinking of organising a charity race towards the help for Japan

I am thinking of organising the race in Holland europe

I am hoping major manufacturers will donate prizes and major racers will come and support it

What does everyone think ??? will it work ??

Its a good idea, try HPI they seem to be very generous with giveaways.

That sounds awesome. I'd love to go and I know I can get some guys from my local club to make a trip of it.

It might be an option for Mach to convert their Easterrace to your Japan Support race?
If enough apply 2day event...Dunno whats possible there

Could be a nice way to get rc in the mediaspotlights as a bonus (selling point to tracks)

Keep us posted, as you see your (native) countrymen are willing...

Its a great idea. the need is overwhelming. Where do you start?

I guess the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.

Ok a small update

I spoke to some one from MACH heemstede (where the Worlds 1:10 electro will be in 2011)

and they will come back to me with some dates , this is good for the big names as this will allow them to get an extra weekend of driving in on the track

keep an eye out here for updates

yes it will not be that date but close to it

I hope this happens here as this gives the big names chance to train on the WC track before the worlds happens

Hey Phil,

Nice idea!
The Worlds will be in 2012 so I doubt there will be much interest from the factory teams at this stage.
