It was 1995 I think when I got a Tamiya Grasshopper 2 for Christmas. Then I had another Tamiya, a Dagger truck or something like that. Finally moved into onroad TC's in 2001 and I've been RC mad ever since. Then in the past year I've moved into some offroad as well.

Its slowly taking over my life

well my re-addiction started about 6 years ago i was living in a fema trailer after a hurricane took my house. where i had my trailer was not the best place and i wanted to see what was going on out side so i got a wireless cam and connected it to my tv so i could see outside. then a idea came to mind what is i got a rc truck and mounted on it and i could drive it around while sitting inside. so i went to kmart and got a cheap rc and next think i know i was at the hobby shop dropping hundreds

In the late 80's my brother & I got our first good RC, an Aristo-Craft Kangaroo. After that I had a Tamiya Falcon, Hornet & another one I don't remember the name of. Then I started racing and bought a Losi Jr T in about 91. After about 10 years out of the hobby I bought a Losi XXX4 in 2006 and now I race onroad with a Losi JRX-S Type R. In a couple days my on-road club opens

22 years ago, someone owed my dad some money. The only thing he could come up with was his AYK Sidewinder. That's what started it for me.

13 years ago, I bought a TA03R.

2.5 Months ago, I bought a Stampede 4x4.

Yesterday, I paid for a TA05 V2.

What's next?

When lipo batteries became standard. Brushless too. When all I needed was 2 lipos for club races. When I didn't blink at the hobbyshop for a $1000 purchase.
