The current Hara Twister ESC is the same as a KO VFS-2000 J and the new to release Hara ESC will be the same as the VFS-1.

Santosh: Corally are still around and are actually the current European champions in 12th scale. They have a pretty small raceteam though and I think they've never had any real top-drivers in Japan and that's why they don't figure much in the All Japan championships.

About the Sanyo's...I think the drivers there used whatever was best for them and if all drivers in the A used the Sanyo 3600's then that's what worked best for them.

kiyano: Thank you for a great report! Keep up the good work!

thank you for your reply !

well, i have to say that it was a long time ago and i was a teenager when i "thought" corally was on top. as a dutchman i didn't even know about the other brands and didn't even know what Japan was (metaphorically) . so i may have been confused and overwhelmed back then

... looking into buying a yokomo now.....

hopefully the 1/12 direct drive scene will pick up someday

kiyano, are you Japanse? I am going to Tokyo and Shizuoka City in November for the Tamiya World Championship.

@Oscar - thanks for the report!

@Santosh - Touring Car world champion Surikarn has recently signed to drive the Corally SP12M for the upcoming Worlds (http://www.teamorion.com/global/global_news.asp?id=2554).

Emil-
The new Sprint Edge brush should available around late September / early October in the USA.

If you want some info on the brushgo to Team Orions web page and choose NEWS at the top of the page and then scroll down and click on New Edge V2 Brush
