Ran my T1 fk05 wet car on Sunday at a rather damp club meeting. Car was very competitive, gaining me 3rd place overall in 17.5t.

I thought it was the LRP/Nosram ESC that started it all, maybe I'm wrong.

How old is old? Here is my Yokomo BD5 from 2009 that is still being 'raced' almost daily.

As far a old, personally I was thinking something that had sub-C chassis slots. And yours should qualify.

I'm also still driving this Kyosho TF5. But only on smaller carpet tracks. Lack of parts availability means it's stuck on blinky 17.5 racing.

I though it was the Team Wave RB 50 that started it all?

I'm sure you can adapt TF7 suspension parts on there.

Nothing to be ashamed of. It's the joy of trying. Here is an example of my TRF414 with TRF419 shock tower, shocks, and suspension arms.

Here's a vid of my BD5 doing laps at our local track... it gets boring after the first three laps but I'm documenting all my rc related stuff as a change in my life is on the horizon and unfortunately I might be giving up the hobby soon.

HPI Pro4. Will always be my most favorite car. I've won so many races with this ol' girl. It's been remodeled/rebuilt several times over the years but I retired her finally in 2017.
