Just a quick note on tire sizes-
At Cleveland the faster guys ran at about 2.20". Steven Sobottka (TQ + win stock) said he ran down to 2.16 at one point. Basically, the higher traction the venue, the smaller the tire should be. TM does have a bigger rim, so you should run about .02 larger ex. 2.20 = 2.22 for TM tires. I was running closer to 2.30, and i went to 2.23 for the main.. That alone made the car MUCH more consistent, and gave good laptimes.

Hey Rob, how did things go Saturday night with the racing? Looking forward to some racing this Saturday at RSJ and i think i am going to go to AJ's on Sunday also, what about you, Kev and Timmy running 12th mod with me at RSJ on Sat and or AJ's on Sun.? Jucha said that AJ's had two full heats of 8min 12th mod going on Sun. and since RSJ's major race day right now seems to be Sat. i figure i'll do both. - D.A.

Merry Christmas to all-

Novak Race is coming up, good racing to Rob, Kev, Justin and all of the rest of the racers running on T.M. tires. It will be interesting to see what people run for compounds since the grip at this race can get insane from what i was told (almost) last year.

To any of the 12th racers at AJ's in Delkalb how do you like the tires, courtesy of T.M.?

Are the Double Blacks (10th scale pancar fronts) still available?

Tfhram - Knowing Tony i don't see why not, drop him a line to make sure.

Novak update - not sure of everyone who is running T.M. Tires but Justin Zork runs T.M. and as of 3 rounds he is in the A Stock. Not sure where Kevin and Rob are but they are definitely capable.

Thanks Tony, hope you and family's new year was good.
BTW, please give Rick of RSJ a call.
Snowbirds will have to wait till next year, race partner can't make it so i have to hold off but Roar Nats is on (Lord will and the creek doesn't rise of course).
Tires are going great by the way and it will be cool to see how T.M.s do at such a big race but either way tires are great.

Seems some of the gents across the pond noticed T.M.'s so we needed the thread moved up some.

RSJ just hosted the Hurricane Motorsports Sponsored Midwest Challenge and it was a HUGE success i'm told. T.M.'s were in the show for both TC Stock and 12th Stock (the series doesn't include mod). Way to go Kevin and any others that used T.M.'s.

Read some interesting info regarding some of the design/engineering thoughts that go into making our rc wheel on the Jaco thread, they're (Jaco) a top notch company.

ROAR Carpet Nat's are coming and this years Snowbirds sounded like it was a blast. Congrat's to local's Jucha (missed the tc mod main by 3.5sec) and Timmy H..
