He has been running both. He told me lap times were better with the Q12 but run time was better with the L4. He had to do a ton of wrenching on his TC at the Nats and didn't have the time to spend on the 1/12. Being more confident with the L4, he chose it for the main.

My quad 12 has been working great. Like Doug said I was working on my TC almost the whole time . I think I ran about 1.5 packs through my 1/12 before qualifying. I wish I had more time to test. It was almost scary to bring out the 1/12 cars because practice was so disorginized. One minute it was open then it was controlled. It was a mess as I am sure you guys heard.

I might. Depends on what is going on that time of the year. I have to check.

I guess lucky for us here in sunny florida we race outdoors all year. So we tend to race 12 scale all the time!

hehe if it was sunny all the time here, and warm, I would never put the nitro sedan away thge Q12 is nice, but electric is just a winter thing to burn time and money. Nitro sedan is where my true love is

I like havin' two seasons, just gettin' burnt out on electrics and now its nitro season. Not many 12th scalers that run on the tarmac here anyway. I haven't been able to convince Doug that nitro is fun but that keeps him focused on bringing us such good 12th scales.
