What up Bisquit?!

You should plan on making a trip up to Trackside this December... big off-road race, and the coolest race announcer in the world, Scotty Ernst. Should be big, rumors have it that some factory guys like Mike Truhe mike be there

If you need a place to crash, just let me know. We usually get a block of rooms for the Paradigm guys.

Mark,

Sure, that is fine. That will actually make it a lot easier here too because it will get processed with the daily orders and not take extra time to put in the system. Check your PM for more info.

The 21528 brush has the same silver percent content as our 21521 compound, but the lubricants in it are all different. The 581 is also made denser, so the actual amount of silver is greater. Overall, the 21581 should outperform the 21521 brush, however the serrations on the 21521 brush will last longer.

Bro hookup all the way brotha Nothing official has been announced on the race yet, but I talked to Scotty yesterday and he said it was the first weekend in December. www.trackside.com will have info and flyers soon.

Talk to Handwork and Jeremy Black and all the fast guys down there and get them to come up. The race is growing every year, so this year should have a super fast crowd in modified with a killer turnout.

That's all they have posted for now, but the details will come soon.

Mark,

I just resent it. I might have messed it up before. Let me know if you get it this time.

IM sure its just a mistake or a misunderstanding somewhere. Paradigm has a great reputation of great customer service.

Tell your friend to call, its still the best way to contact:

PHONE: (877) RACIN-RC
If outside USA, call (920) 469-8723

I have sent mail with no reply. A friend of mine placed an order on August 30th. He was charged $140 to a credit card. As of today still no mechandice. He has mailed but no reply.
1M,

Please direct questions about your order to our sales department or PM me. This thread is designed for question/answers about products.

About the order though, there was no order placed on Aug. 30 near $140. The closest amount from August 30 was over $50 off of that amount, and there were no orders around that date either for that amount. Pleas PM me your invoice number and I will look into further. Also, we do not charge your card until the order is shipped. If you ordered an item that was on backorder, that would be why there is a delay. The only time you are charged before the order is shipped is if you send money via PayPal.

As for the email, if you dont recieve a response within 2 days, please try again or call us. We are way overloaded on emails lately and are having a hard time trying to keep up. The best way to reach us is via telephone. Toll free, 877-RACIN-RC, or if you are outside of the USA, 920-469-8723.

If there is anything else we can help you with, please let me know and I will do my best to assist you.
