I will be sure to let you guys know the second they come in. Sorry about the delays on them.
Yea, I know what you mean.
I ordered 2 motors and some brushes on 11/14/04. At the time of order everything showed "In Stock" (or I would have not ordered them). I have called and talked to Matt twice and he assured me I would have the motors to run this weekend ----- Guess what ----- You guessed it -- no motors.
Now, I'm very interested in what they are going to do to try to keep my bussness.
Suggestions include: Hat, Teeshirt, another motor, or maybe some extra brushes.

We'll see

Hey Brandon,
Any chance you guys are going to mess with the New Reedy 777 Brushes?
Let me know.
Thanks,

I agree. Iordered mine about the same time you did and still dont have any motor. It just is frustrating im sure for the costomer and the employees.

Sorry Mark about the phones, we're working to get that fixed. Gotta love SBC!

Just letting everyone know that we're still here and should have this taken care of in a few hours.

If anyone needs to talk to me regarding orders, questions, etc. while the phones are down, go ahead and PM me, or contact "rccarscomhelp" via AIM or Yahoo Messenger.

Again sorry for the inconvenience, I will let everyone know when everything is back up and running.

Smile Phones are back up...

Looks like the phones are working again. Please use that method instead of PM(I'm not on here enough for it to be a reliable way to get a hold of me.)

Thanks for bearing with us, and it looks like everything's back to normal.

We should have them in before the holidays. Paul's will be going out the first day we get them in, so he should have them in shortly after we get them.

Don't forget me. I'm still waiting for mine. And, I paid over a month ago.

Brandon,

I've been trying to call and email Team Paradigm for nearly 2 weeks now and no answers on the phone or by email. I've had things on order for nearly 2 months, and even though nothing has shipped I still got billed. If you could email me I'd really appreciate it. [email protected]

When are you calling, and are you leaving a message? We are here every day and recieve hundreds of calls a week, so we should be getting yours if you call during our normal hours or if you left a message. As we have posted on our website, we do our best to keep up with emails, but we recieve so many that we are a bit behind on replying right now. PM me your invoice number and I will look into it for you.

Brandon,

Thanks for sponsoring the Team Paradigm Challenge at Trackside!

188 entries from all over the Midwest! Kind of funny seeing you turn the comms on some old MVP's, it shows you really do have a lifetime truing service.

Any advice on tweaking one of those old MVP's? How about a Green Machine 3 Pro?

Brandon has final exams tomorrow, then he is racing at Trackside Thursday night, so I bet he will be back on to answer questions on Friday (if he isn't hung over).
