George,

Our first shipment is going to be small, mainly samples for me to check out, so not enough quantities to put on line. but please give me a call at the shop on Monday, maybe I have some of the parts you're looking for.

Thanks Steve!

I am mainly looking to get the center posts and the little heat sink that fits above the top deck. In red of course! I'll give you a call tomorrow morning.

Will the R2 be reduced in price when the R3 hits the shelves?

AWOLsoldier,

Most likely not. The two car is actually very similar, and we actually plan on introducing a special version of the R2 pretty soon.

Should be something to look forward too then... nice having many choices. Might be selling my SD and will need to replace it.

Steve,

I was referring to the Tire Truer that you carry at SpeedTech R/C, however, KilRuf supplied all the information I needed.

But, while I've got your ear/eye ...

I received my Rayspeed battery discharger, and I must say that this discharger is the best quality unit that I have ever seen. It's beautiful.

The only problem is that the instructions are all in Japanese (not a problem if you can read Japanese). I can't figure out how to use it. Typically, you just drop the battery onto the tray, tighten the screws and the lights come on then fade out when done. When I place my batteries on the Rayspeed unit nothing happens (even after I press the start button)??? It comes with an adapter that plugs into the side to be powered by an external 12v source, but I figured that must be for the external fan.

Can you provide a basic overview of how this discharger is supposed to work?

Thanks

I'll check with the Yokomo guys for you, or some of the local racers that bought them. If you like, you can try contacting Yokomo USA as well, their tech line is: 949-252-8663

Hi Guys,

I'm working on the specs for an R2 US Special Edition. I'll have it available as soon as I get the new parts shipment in.
