Steve,

How can I reserve some of the incoming Tobee parts so they don't get sold out before I get mine? Should I call you and give you my credit card info or can you just hold them for me? I also need some Square parts (all listed below). I live in O.C. and I'd like to come to your shop in person between Dec. 20-24 to pick up this stuff it it comes in during that time.

Here are the parts I'd like to reserve:

TOBEE CRAFT PARTS:

(1) TC42050
Tobee Craft aluminum TC3 input bearing cap

(1) TC42090
Tobee Craft aluminum bottom shock retainers for TC3

(1) TC42160
Tobee Craft clamp style thin aluminum hex hub for TC3

(2) TC42180
Tobee Craft stainless steel steering rack post for TC3

(1) TC42210
Tobee Craft super light weight center drive shaft for TC3

SQUARE PARTS:

(1) STC-6F
Square AL Front Input Shaft for TC3

(1) STC-10BK
Square black Foam Bumper for TC3

(1) STC-16R
Square Aluminum Spur Gear Adaptor with Shaft
for TC3

RSVP. Thanks!

Bill

I want to order a Pro 4 from speedtech, but when I go to order from your site, it comes up with a security warning saying that the certificate doesnt match the site or something...anyone else had this problem? also are the pro 4s in stock v1.1?

thanks

edit: i just read that international customers need a scan or fax or id and credit cards. I dont have a fax or a scanner, is there any other way i can order from you?

Billwilner,

Please check with me via phone or email next week or keep an eye out for updates on our website. We should be receiving something from Square next week and hopefully Tobee by the end of the week.

Please send me this list to: [email protected]

Thank you

Steve Wang

g4t2,

The security warning might have something to do with the browser security level setting (you probably have it set on "high" or medium-high) The message you get is very common (you even see it on paypal.com sometimes)

If you have further questions regarding your order, please send me an email: [email protected]

Thanks

Steve Wang

just to add to what steve says...

as long as the url says https:// and at the bottom right hand corner of your browser you see a small yellow lock (im assuming you are using internet explorer) you are safe and your transaction will be safe.

you get a security warning because an image might not be on the same physical server as the html files... so it gives you a warning. nothing to worry about though.

just look for the two things i mentioned above..and you'll be safe.

Hey Steve,
I got my order with the Tamiya Hat but what I ordered was for the TRF hat and I got a Tamiya logo hat not the TRF logo. I was giving this as a CHRISTmas gift to my Brother in law.
Do you want me to ship it back and you can send out the right Hat.
Thanks,
Stephen <><

Hi Stephen,

I'm sorry, go ahead and send it back, I'm not sure why that one was Tamiya logo (I didn't take a close look) sorry about that, but that was our last hat, let me know if you want something else instead for him

Thanks

Steve Wang
