Angry Integy shipping setup kits without screws...

I bought a bunch of setup stuff direct from Integy which included their "Complete Alignment Setup Station w/ Setup Board for TC, 1/12 & 1/10 Pan Cars" Part #C23282

http://www.integy.com/st_prod.html?p...98&p_catid=163

It arrived without assembly screws and nuts so it's totally useless to me and my efforts to contact Integy haven't met with any success...

> emails
> a help desk ticket which they "reply to all tickets as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours". I haven't heard back from them in 5 days
> their listed California number rings until it's disconnected

I need get to a human being at Integy to get the parts I need to use my setup kit. Does anyone on this board have a relationship with them?

Yes, many do. Mostly it mirrors your experience, though.

As an interim measure, you could probably go to your hobby store and find some suitable hardware while you're beating your head against Integy customer service.

DUCK..............Won't be too long before the Integy defenders and the Hudy snobs come running!

crap

I've had an Integy NT setup station on backorder for months now, if it comes missing parts I will be

I noticed that CRC has a setup station, maybe I will cancel my order and deal with a company that responds to it's customers. Just bought some carpet from them and they responded to my emails within an hour usually. Props to CRC customers service

If you can cancel your order, I would do that..

Bad customer service should not result in higher sales. Like buying parts that should be included in a kit.

I completely agree with you. I went with an Integy setup station, and have been waiting months for it because I wanted to support my LHS and that's the only one they can get through their suppliers. Double edged sword or what

I stopped doing business directly with Integy. Iv'e used their products for years but about three months ago I ordered a bearing shaker i never received. Tried calling, and contacting via email with no response. Needles to say I had to get my shaker at the hobby shop. Their product is fine, however their online ordering business is almost non existent for costumers.

I bought a used Integy setup station and when I recieved it the box was all beatup and one of the levelling feet for the board was missing. I emailed Integy and got no response. I called Integy on the phone and talked to a person and had the levelling foot in a few days. the moral of the story is, Call them via the land line and hope for the best.

If you happened to have that land line number for them it would be helpful. At this point I have even tried to send them a fax and I haven't had any luck.
They're a total black hole...
